接著是足跟伸展姿,你要做的動作幾乎就和之前介紹過的自由女神姿一樣。底層隊員的動作不變,唯一的不同是頂端隊員的動作,當她往上的時候,不像自由女神姿,需要彎曲單腳,而是將單腳固定,另一腳往上延伸。做這項動作的時候,臀部必須平正,不能往後靠,避免向後跌倒。需要注意的是,足跟伸展姿和自由女神姿非常相像,除了頂端隊員將單足往上伸展、保持臀部平正、加上一個很棒的跳躍、落下、底層隊員再將她接住。

 

 

 

接下來的高舉火把姿就像自由女神姿一樣,但不同的是,我們從旁邊開始。當她們往上的時候,頂端人員將單腳彎曲,做四分之一的側轉身,高舉她的雙手。必須注意的是,這項動作和自由女神很像,頂端隊員幾乎就要將腳踢出去了,並且往身體的前方高舉雙手。

For the walking heel stretch, you're going to do almost the exact

 

same thing as the walking Liberty.  The base does the same thing, the

 

only difference is going to be the top person.  When she goes up, rather

 

than pull a Liberty at the top, she makes sure she locks in her leg, and

 

lifts her leg up for a heel stretch.  It's important she keeps her hips

 

square and doesn't let her hips go back so she doesn't fall off the back.

 

Notice it's alot like the Liberty except the top she's going to pull her

 

stretch, even her hips square, nice good pop, fall down and grab her at

 

the bottom.

 

 

 

For the walking High Torch it's going to be just like the Liberty, the

 

only difference is we're going to start from the side, bases on top.

 

As they go up, the difference is the top person as she pulls up her

 

Liberty leg, she's going to make a quarter turn and square up her shoulders.

 

Notice it's alot like the Liberty, at the top she's going to hit, and square

 

up her shoulders to the front.
